| Package name | This is the name of a specific hosting package. It will be quoted on all billing and it is used if you would like to a different package. | | Disk Space (GB) | This is the amount of disk space the package includes for storing all your files, e-mail accounts and database contents. | | Subdomains | Every hosting package includes one subdomain free, this is your new web address, e.g. johnsmith.channelhosting.co.uk.
The subdomains number in the table above indicates how many extra subdomains you can create, for example, photos.johnsmith.channelhosting.co.uk. | | mySql databases | Databases are required for some web applications like forums or content management systems. This number indicates how many individual databases you may create. | | Bandwidth (GB monthly) | This indicates how much traffic your site can recieve, for instance if you had a 1GB file on your website and your bandwdth was 5 GB monthly, you would be able to download that file 5 times per month and then your website would be locked out. | | Mailboxes | The number of mailbox accounts you can have is the number of e-mail accounts you can create for your website. You can assign each e-mail account a disk quota, this limits how many messages/attachments the mail account can recieve. | | E-mail forwarders | This is the number of mail aliases you can create. A mail alias is a forwarding address. They are not alotted a disk quota but instead immeadiately forward any mail they recieve to another e-mail address. | | Mailing lists | A mailing list is a list of e-mail addresses that you can use to send mass mailings such as newsletters to using our hosting control panel, cPanel. | | Annual price | This is the annual price for that package.
